10 Weeks

The biggest change this week is I am not so tired. I am back to working out at 530 am and have been feeling really good. I am really starting to show more this week. A few friends from work have even noticed. I always heard you show earlier the second time around but I wasn't prepared for it this early! Everyone knows I am not a super fan of being pregnant. Gaining 35 pounds was not fun for me and neither was losing it. So again, this is the hardest part. But I am going to try to enjoy being pregnant, knowing that this is the LAST time I will be doing this.

The story of how we found out:

Everyone calls this baby our Jamaica baby. We knew we wanted to go on one last vacation (and drink) before we add another baby to the mix. About a month or so after our trip, Kyle and I were talking about whether or not we thought I was pregnant. I wasn’t tracking anything so I was not sure about dates, how long it’s been, etc. I finally realized that I was pretty late but not ready to admit that I was pregnant. We spent all day on Thursday going back and forth on signs that I was (Kyle knew it) and wasn’t (I’m always in denial) pregnant. Kyle went out and bought a test and convinced me to take it the next day. Friday morning before work I took the test. We started telling friends and family the same day. I don’t really buy into the waiting 12 weeks thing. I want to enjoy the entire pregnancy and not live in fear the first few weeks.

Craving: Still sushi. I probably eat it at least once a week. But eating a cooked California roll is just not near as satisfying L
Symptoms: Slight nausea on and off throughout the day for only a few minutes. A little tired but nothing major
Weight gain: None yet
Maternity Clothes: Not yet
Stretch Marks: no
Wedding rings on or off: on
Movement: I swear I can feel it moving sometimes. Maybe I'm just crazy
Gender Guess: Girl
Sleep: Having super vivid and bizarre dreams. This week I dreamed that me and Kyle were illegally selling a monkey to an Asian vet
This Week: We have been spending a lot of time with Adam doing his favorite things. He loved touch a truck and being able to sit in a cop car and an 18 wheeler! We also went to the Jags practice. I'm trying to get him to like football instead of baseball!

It's past his bedtime
